Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier and tracking information confirms delivery, we consider the order successfully fulfilled.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.

Filing a chargeback for reasons that violate these clearly stated policies—including fulfillment wait times within the stated 3–5 week window, delivered packages, or final sale disputes—may be considered fraudulent and will be disputed using order confirmation, tracking confirmation, and acceptance of these terms at checkout.
