No Refunds for Delivered Orders
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier and tracking information confirms delivery, we consider the order successfully fulfilled.

- No refunds will be issued
- No replacements will be sent
- No reshipments will be provided

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier or after delivery has been confirmed.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or investigation.
We do not assume responsibility for carrier-related delivery issues.
Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
